DS WIP: Ripper, Toon-Style

Well, I've returned to my "Dr. Strangelove" fanart, & you'll never guess what works I've been coming up with lately! Here's the first installment of a brand-new series of pictures depicting the cast of everyone's favorite nuclear comedy...& this pic features none other than General Jack D. Ripper! ^_^ Now, this picture is a WIP, so expect to see a lot more changes made to it as time progresses...including inking & coloring!
