I really like this guy's design. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite characters of yours.
Only thing that seems a bit off are his arms. They're a bit too long. It looks like if he were to hang them at his sides, they'd touch his ankles. Shorten them up a little bit, and he'd look even better.
