You'll never guess what I just saw... :D

Cool "Great Mouse Detective" journal header to be posted here eventually... (Ahem...)

First of all, I saw Elton John in concert last Wednesday with my mom at the Ford Arena near Beaumont! It was totally awesome! ^_^ Elton was all decked out in this sparkling black suit with a red cravat (& sunglasses to match!)--&, may I add, he looked quite handsome. First, he started out the concert with "Bennie & The Jets</u>", then progressed through a series of old songs (e.g.,  "Tiny Dancer", "Goodbye, Yellow Brick Road", "Candle In The Wind",  "The One",  "Sad Songs Say So Much", "Your Song", etc.) & new songs (e.g.,  "Oceans Away",   "Home Again", etc.), peppering each performance with anecdotes, dedications, & spectacular light / video shows! Finally, he capped off the whole concert with a rousing rendition of "Crocodile Rock", & after the show was all over, Mom & I went off to the merchandise stand to get a few goodies! ^_^ I hope to take photos of my concert souvenirs, & upload them to DA soon, so keep an eye out for those!

Secondly, I saw "Mr. Peabody & Sherman" last Sunday with my parents...& while I don't wanna give anything away, I will say this: it was freakin' AWESOME! If you haven't seen the movie already, go see it A.S.A.P....& if you have already seen it, then go see it again!
