Need Help W/ ACO Prequel Casting -- Read, Comment!

I really do need some help right now concerning one of my "Clockwork Orange" fan-projects--specifically, the film version of "A Spark Of Good".

You see, I'm having trouble with selecting the right voice actors to play these characters in the movie (yes, it's an animated prequel I plan to do). I need any--& all!--ideas from anyone about who should perform the roles listed below.

Any of you are free to read this journal, but only leave a comment for it if you've seen "A Clockwork Orange" &/or have read my fanfiction "A Spark Of Good". It also helps to have some knowledge of voice casting, but it's not an absolute requirement.

Ira
Another of Billyboy's thugs, who makes small appearances in Chapters 3, 4, & 6. He is the cruellest & most brutal of the five (later four) goons, & he speaks in a cold, callous British teenager's voice.

Yancy
The third of Billyboy's five (later, four) thugs, who appears briefly in Chapters 3 & 4. He is a moronic simpleton who's also very childlike & innocent in nature. He usually speaks in a dumb, babyish (for a teenager) sort of voice (for those who have seen it, think of Zip from "Rock & Rule" with a deeper British accent).

The Doctor
Appears in Chapter 4. After Alex is poisoned by Billyboy, he provides care for the sickened lad at the hospital, but he tells his parents, Angela, & the Little Droogs that Alex is in a coma & will probably not recover. When Alex proves them wrong, however, the doctor warns them that Alex did receive some mental damage from the poisoning & that the emotional part of his brain has been weekend. For the doctor, I'm seeking a deep-voiced British voice actor known for more serious roles.

The Drunken Beggar
The original actor who played this fellow (Paul Farrell) died shortly after ACO was released, so that, of course, nixes any chances of him returning in the prequel. I need an Irish actor to play the beggar who can get as close to sounding like Mr. Farrell as possible.

If you can come up with any ideas for voice actors to play these characters in the movie, please tell me. Your feedback would be much appreciated! The only requirements that you have to follow in commenting on this journal are:
